1. Payment Options
We – Vietnamvisahub.com accept 2 payment options:

Third-party payment:

Option 1: Pay by Credit Card, VISA Card, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club… through www.OnePay.vn

If the Option 1 selected, just fill your Credit Card details in secure online form as detailed guidance in the last step of payment.

Option 2: Pay in cash at our office

Notes: Once your service fee is well received, we will process your visa application whose result will be ready in your email after your selected processing time.

Depending on the service, the fee can be full package or service fee which has been informed you before the service.

2. Payment issues
In case you fail to make your payment, please try again or contact us for assistance.

If you would like to pay more for extra service fees, you are directed to make your payment via Payment Form.

In both cases, after making successful payment, kindly inform us about payment via email support@vietnamvisahub.com or Hotline: (+84) 946.583.583.

About the third parties

OnePay

All popular international cards such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club… are easily paid in OnePay – an official online payment provider in Vietnam by Mastercard International Organization. One Pay Company successfully combined with Vietnam Commercial Bank (Vietcombank), and International Mastercard Organization to implement OnePay – online payment solution. .
